Two minutes on foot from Yaho Station on the JR Nambu Line.
The access is better than the name recognition suggests — which makes this one of the more underrated stops on the pilgrimage.
The layout spans two levels, with the basement floor serving as the main training area. Five adjustable benches, six Smith machines and power racks, a reasonably stylish interior, and mobile signal that works underground — an advantage over the similar Nakamurabashi location. The gym had other members during the visit, but the space absorbed them without issue. A short walk in either direction leads to Tachikawa or Kunitachi.
Described as borderline Pilgrimage Class in the notes. On reflection, that may be underselling it.

Equipment
The gym offers private shower rooms, private changing rooms, and Wi-Fi. A resident personal trainer is on site, something that stands out among the locations visited so far. Bicycle parking and an AED are both available, lockers can be rented when open, and the gym takes part in the free-for-high-school-students program. There is no water server or body composition scale, and no car parking, so visits are mainly on foot or by bike.
Access
The gym is a two-minute walk from Yaho Station on the Nanbu Line. The location is close to the station, though the lack of car parking means visits are mostly on foot or by bicycle.
Facilities & Atmosphere
The gym is split across ground level and a basement floor. The ground floor holds treadmills, restrooms, and showers, while the main training area sits below. Despite being underground, the space gets a solid phone signal and carries a noticeably polished interior. Six Smith machines and five adjustable benches fill out the equipment lineup, and the overall feel is reasonably spacious, somewhat like a slightly smaller version of the Nakamurabashi location. The on-site personal trainer is another distinguishing feature rarely seen elsewhere on this tour.
How Busy Does It Get?
Other members were present during the visit, but not enough to feel stressful. With a solid number of machines available, it’s easy to train at your own pace.
The Surrounding Area
Public transit access isn’t particularly strong here, though both Tachikawa and Kunitachi are within walking distance. The overall feel is that of a quiet, station-adjacent gym in a low-key suburban area.
Overall
Split across ground level and a basement floor, with the main training space below. Phone signal holds up even underground, and the interior shows some real attention to design. Six Smith machines and five benches make for a solid equipment lineup, with an atmosphere comparable to a smaller version of the Nakamurabashi location.
A resident personal trainer is a standout feature rarely found elsewhere on this tour. Transit access could be better, but the walkable distance to Tachikawa and Kunitachi rounds out a well-balanced location overall.
The pilgrimage continues.
