Five minutes on foot from Nishi-Ogikubo Station on the JR Chuo and Sobu lines.
The gym sits just past the local shopping street — easy to find, harder to enjoy once inside.
A two-floor layout with free weights on the ground level and machines above. The first floor is compact and consistently busy, with two benches and four Smith machines and power racks leaving little room to wait comfortably between sets. Overflow members typically move upstairs, where the machine area runs at a similar pace. A water server is available. One shower and one toilet unit serve the entire facility. The surrounding neighborhood has a calm, characterful atmosphere that contrasts with the experience inside.
Nishi-Ogikubo is a neighborhood worth visiting. The gym is harder to recommend on its own terms.

Facilities
A water server, private showers, a private changing room, and Wi-Fi are all available. An AED, contracted lockers with availability, and free access for high school students round out the offering.
There’s no body composition scale and no personal trainer. There’s also no bicycle or car parking. The gym spans two floors, with a single shower and a single toilet to share.
Access
A 5-minute walk from Nishi-Ogikubo Station on the JR Chuo and Sobu local lines. The gym sits just past a shopping street, and the walk over from the station has a calm, unhurried feel to it.
Atmosphere and Equipment
The gym spans two floors, with the free-weight area on the ground floor. That space, though, is quite narrow, and it was crowded during the visit. Two adjustable benches and four power rack/Smith machines make up the core equipment.
There wasn’t even enough room to wait for a turn, so the natural move was to head up to the machine area on the second floor instead. That floor turned out to be just as crowded, making it difficult to find anywhere to train at a relaxed pace, regardless of which floor was tried. A water server is available on site.
Crowding
Both floors were crowded, with limited space even to wait. Moving between floors didn’t really change the situation, which turned out to be the defining feature of the crowding here.
Surrounding Area
The gym sits just past the shopping street that runs from Nishi-Ogikubo Station, and the neighborhood overall has a calm, pleasant atmosphere. It’s a nice area for a stroll, even setting the gym itself aside.
Overall Review
The neighborhood itself is calm and pleasant, and the walk through the shopping street alone makes for a decent outing. As a place to train, though, both floors were crowded, and there wasn’t even enough space to comfortably wait for a turn, which weighs heavily against it.
A lovely neighborhood, a so-so gym, might be the fairest way to sum this one up.
The pilgrimage continues.
