The gym occupies the second floor of a shopping complex, with only a reception area on the ground level. All training takes place upstairs.

The floor is wide — comparable in scale to the Shinsayama location. A spacious stretching area with mats laid out, four Smith machines, two adjustable benches, and generous open space between each station. Movement around the floor is easy and unobstructed. The windows are narrow, giving the interior a slightly dim feel, but this is a minor drawback in an otherwise well-organized gym. The area around Musashi-Fujisawa Station is quiet, with everyday amenities close at hand.

A gym that deserves more attention than its location tends to attract.
